Quality work at a fair price. Would recommend!

CL Exteriors replaced the shingles on my entire roof. They did an excellent job and were very professional. No matter the size of your roof they have the people to do it. They took pictures of any damage to the plywood so you can see it for yourself and showed their progress during the job. I highly recommend them. You cant go wrong with them.

I was most impressed with the cost. The work was good, nothing special but everything was done properly and looks good after some adjustments. Very responsive project manager !

This was not a total roofing job. This was only to fix the Ridges, the flashing around the chimney, and the pipe coming up through the roof. I think the job was done well from what I could see--no pictures for me to see . When the job was done, I had many small pieces of roofing all over my lawn, hatchway, deck, around my house days after and a piece of flashing which fell off the roof, which I called and emailed, about, but never got any answers returned to me. I cleaned up the small pieces for several days which I think kept coming from the roof. I called with questions several times, but never got returned emails or calls before and after they got their money.

Job was finished on time and within budget.

The workers were very pleasant and hard working. The job was done efficiently and when finished, the clean up was excellent.

It was easy to communicate with Manny, and his emergency repair to my leaky happened so quickly, even for the end of November. He sent pictures of the roof hours after I first contacted CL Exteriors, I was quite surprised! I am recommending his business for repair of the entire roof and also the roof replacement of the other 2 buildings in our condo association. He promptly checked them out and sent estimates for the association to review. I am very impressed with CL Exteriors.

I had an emergency roof repair. They took the time to let me know what the real issue was and even found a way to getting my very difficult to access attic. Previous repair job was done incorrectly. They did the repair the same day. The day before we were going to get a half Inc of rain. They identified additional repair and are willing to work with my schedule to do a fallow up repair before winter.

Manny and his crew were on time they were print they had took off old roof put on a whole new roof in one day plus fixed my porch roof at no additional cost they cleaned up all the mess which was well done Manny had everything right in order from the dumpster being delivered to getting the shingles he kept me posted at all times he gave me a price and stuck with the price even when he did extra work on my porch roof Manny gave me a really great price and his work and workers were excellent thank u Manny ! Very quick service. A little expensive but very happy.

Great work, full roof replacement with various vents needed. Showed up early, worked hard all day long on the hottest day of the summer so far. Clean up was careful and thorough. Could not be happier. Wonderful all around thank you Manny and his crew!
