+ -1 moreIt went quite poorly. I called several local electrical contractors for work on a couple houses we are renovating. I traded voice mails a few times with Jen over several days. By the time we connected, I had reached another electric contractor who said he'd come out the following week to do the work. So I told Jen I already had agreed with someone to do it. and that maybe we could work together next time. The other contractor who had said he'd come out never showed up. So the following week I called Stoney again and left a message (no one ever seems to answer the phone) about what had happened, and that I'd like them to do the job after all. Over the next several weeks, I made many calls and left many such messages. Apparently Jen took the change in circumstances as some sort of personal affront, because she never returned my call at all after that. On one occasion, I was able to actually reach a real person, but she said I'd have to talk to Jen about scheduling. I left a message for Jen to call me, and again she never returned my call.
Description of Work: Electric remodeling at a couple houses I am renovating.

Description of Work: Needed a new electrical outlet for a wall mounted TV, and had to replace an exterior LED spotlight on a motion detector.
