We initially started to hear what we thought were banging pipes, and hence thought that air had entered somewhere. We called Falcon and they sent someone over quite quickly. He did some inspection and noticed that the pressure gauge on the furnace (inlet water) was almost 0. He opened and closed the water intake valve, and the pressure shot back up to normal. While looking, he also noticed that the air trap valve had a small leak, so he replaced that as well. Quick diagnosis, efficient repair, and he was very good about explaining things as he worked. Good experience.

The office was very nice, important to have a good person at the other end when you call. The serviceman was courteous and efficient. We are happy we went to Angie's List and hope that our next experience will be just as good.

We had our boiler cleaned by our natural gas company. The technician told us that a back flush valve was leaking and should be replaced and two of our three controllers that our three thermostats communicate with were not working, but the gas company does not do that work. We found Falcon on Angie's list. Called them, and they gave us a list of times in the next few days they could be at the house(this was not an urgent issue as the house was being kept warm, despite the controllers not working). I showed up exactly at 12, the appointed time, and their truck was already in the yard. Oh, that morning, the gas hot water heater stopped working! Technician was very friendly, removed his shoes at the front door. He discovered the hot water heater problem was simply a loose wire and fixed that without charge. He noticed a valve on the hot water heater was leaking, noted it would only get worse, so we decided to replace it(very minimum charge). He confirmed what the gas company found with the furnace, and replaced the two controllers and the back flush valve. He also found a pressure release valve was not working properly, and we replaced it, again, at minimal charge. Given the quote for the two controllers and back flush valve from Falcon before they came to the house and the other work we needed done(a pressure release valve on the furnace and a valve on the hot water heater), I expected the bill to come to $1,000. I was pleasantly surprised when it was less than $800.

One evening I found that the pipes in my basement were leaking and ruining the ceiling in our newly finished basement. I frantically placed a call to the plumbing company who had recently worked on those same pipes, and was told it would be several hours before they could get anyone there to help me. I had visions of my newly installed drop ceiling literally dropping to the floor, and I knew that time was not on my side, so I called Falcon Plumbing. They immediately responded by sending a technician who quickly found and repaired the problem, minimizing what otherwise could have been a real and costly disaster. The technician was even thoughtful enough to cover his shoes, so as not to track dirt on my new rug. I wish I had used Falcon Plumbing to beging with. Their professionalism, courtesy and thoughtfulness truly defines what service should be all about.

When we called Falcon Plumbing someone was available right away to talk to us. They asked us some quick fact finding questions, gave us a price quote, and someone came out right away. He was efficient, extremely polite, and after a quick look he explained to us what the problem was. He had things up and running again in no time. He took the time to explain to us what he did and the quote we received was right on, we couldn't remember the last time someone gave a quote for services that was accurate! It was so refreshing to deal with a company that is professional yet caring. They understood our desire to have our heat fixed as soon as possible and they do not charge you additional fees for their speedy service! I would highly recommend Falcon Plumbing to anyone looking for great service and great pricing.

I called Falcon out of the phone book and selected them based on the complete information provided on their Web site. They were very professional from start to finish. Laura scheduled the house inspection with my daughter, and they were able to be on-site within two days (which was fine for a non-emergency situation). Justin went through the house, and stayed in touch with me throughout the day to answer questions and make recommendations. He replaced the kitchen faucet with one I supplied without trying to sell me one "from the truck". He located a hidden valve that was causing low hot water pressure in the bath. When my daughter noted that the hot water pressure was low, he came back without a hassle and rechecked it. I felt very comfortable dealing with them and am considering making them my "on-call" plumber.

The service was great, from the woman who answered my phone call and set up the appointment, to Brian, the plumber who came at the appointed time, was very professional, and explained what he was doing along the way.
