My experience with him is that he is very pushy. In fact, he pushed me into a purchase and sales agreement and left out the addendum pending finding the suitable housing which ultimately left me homeless. He was also responsible for finding me another property to move in to. The day of the closing I found out there was no clear title to that property. I feel that he has a lack of professional boundaries and respect.

We are new to Vermont, and bought a condo. Mark and Lisa were careful to give us good information about a large variety of home-buying issues. They were accurate and punctual; friendly without being overly familiar. They were able to tune in to the preferences we each had, successfully.
Description of Work: They were buyers' agents who showed us over 30 properties in 3 concentrated sessions, August- Sept 2012, before we picked one.
