Description of Work: I stopped in at Best Tile to explore options for a kitchen backsplash. Staff were extremely helpful and professional, and the selection was excellent (although generally on the pricey side).

Description of Work: I was very happy with the advice I got. They were not the cheapest in town, but they weren't the most expensive, either. The selection is fantastic, and so it was the quality of their products (as far as I am able to tell). If you are someone who is not a specialist and don't know exactly what you need or want, I would recommend that you go there before you go anywhere else.

+ -1 moreHer suggestions were very helpful, and we ended up using one of the ceramic tile designs suggested to us. Ordering and delivery were done in about one to one and a half weeks. Everything we ordered arrived in perfect condition. The actual installation was done by BDR Construction.
Description of Work: A sales associate helped with tile choices.

+ -1 moreSalesperson neglected to factor in and order so-called "face" tiles required for visible edge of tub surround. Store misrepresented delivery time and created serious issues for our installer. Salesperson under-estimated count of floor tiles, despite being given exact dimensions of room. All this created unwelcome drama in the middle of a major tear up and renovation.
Description of Work: Design of tile scheme and creation of bill-of-materials for bathroom and kitchen renovation.
