We were very happy with how quickly the owner came to our house after we made the initial call (within a week, I believe it might have been a few days) and inspected our roof thoroughly to give an honest opinion what should be done, why, how and explained the process. Gave us a few samples of different colors along with a complete sheet of other colors we might want to consider. Sent us an email with the contract to review the next day for us to pick a color and sign the contract. They were at our house to start work 16 days from us signing the contract and emailing it back to them. They were good about returning our calls when we called them to see what their ETA would be for the start of the project. I was very pleased at how quickly they were able to fit us into the schedule. Their work at our house was 3 full days to completion. It looks great.
Description of Work: Complete removal of shingle roof and replaced with a standing seam metal roof.

Description of Work: My office has had repeated roof leaks for the last three years. We have had such major problems we need to activate the warranty. Kevin Burrell is extremely rude and hostile. He refused to work with us, denied any responsibility, told me I had to go to the original materials manufacturer even though Burrell Roofing is specifically named in the warranty. With every breath he took, he sounded like he was telling me to go to ****.

Description of Work: estimate on roof repair due to manufacturer's defective shingles. a class action suit against the manufacturer is in process. Burrel assisted in removing decayed shingles to be used as evidence in lawsuit & has contacted to do repairs.
