They apparently don't screen their employees well enough. One of them stole all of my jewelry and they still sent me an invoice for the service.

Everything is great. All the workers are friendly and efficient. I am able to pay my bills online.

They've been great. They charge $75 for a quarterly treatment. They're very pleasant to work with. They're good in taking care of the problems we've had in our house.

They are great. I never have to call to schedule a visit, they are on top of it and contact me for the appointment. We had an issue with wasps, which are covered under our service agreement and they were out here within 2 days to take care of them at no charge. They also took care of our stubborn flying squirrel problems, told us exactly what to expect and were right on. They do a good job and know what they're talking about. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Overall, good service and would use them again.

It seemed as if we were overrun by mice very quickly. The attic, garage, and worse yet, the kitchen! JP Pest Services came out to set traps and bait stations. They had to come again within two weeks because many bait stations were emptied. Two weeks later, we don't have any problems. Very professional, explained mice habits (gestation periods are 19 days . . ech!), good humored . . . Jake was great! Many thanks!

We spent about $150 for ant control. They are very organized and very reliable. They are reasonably priced.

It was awful. They were supposed to came back as soon as the snow was gone and they didn't get back until the middle of June. We ended up getting the ants in the house. They finally sprayed the base but by then I had the ant problem. They did not come inside and take care of the ant problem. I will not use them in the future.

Overall, the experience has been fine.

We’ve had them for almost 10 years, and I’m very happy with them. The technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, show up on time, and respond when I have an issue. Their price seems fair. They also educate you on your different problems, and are very informative. They’ve done a fine job.

We’ve had their services for awhile. They’re great. I absolutely love them. They respond quickly when there’s an issue, they’re very thorough, and they have the same technician (Jake, who is exceptionally professional and great) come out every time.

We’ve had them for several years. Their customer service is good. They are flexible and accommodating. The technicians are always courteous, clean (wear booties over their shoes), and if I have any issues, they’re good at resolving them. They do a fine job.

They are first rate. Particularly in the spring time they do a complete spraying of the exterior and the interior and I haven’t had any problems when it is all done. I spend roughly about $100 a quarter on that service.

We have a year contract. It was $250 the first time they came out and $102 every other time. They are trustworthy and reliable. They definitely do what they say they are going to do.
