+ -1 moreI was connected with Gro-Solar by 1bog.org, a company that aggregates solar installations to get the best price. These are guys that have been operating in the Bay Area as Borrego, but Borrego had recently sold its residential business to Gro-Solar, which has a national footprint. All the guys I worked with had been with Borrego. I had multiple estimates done - theirs was the lowest price and the most complete. From the moment I met Adam Gellar, who prepared the estimate, to the guys who did the installation, to Sarah Snyder the office manager, I felt my concerns were being addressed and my needs taken care of. They filed all the paperwork; they worked with my roofer; the installation itself was quick and efficient; the inspection a breeze. And the guys seemed to have a real enthusiasm for the work.
Description of Work: Solar (PV) panels on my roof adequate to cover my full electric usage. And with the Federal tax credit I will receive the cost will come down to around $8300.
