Even though I didn't make him my buyer's agent, Alex was very responsive and helpful before I came to the area, when I came house hunting, when we moved here, and even after the sale. He adjusted his schedule to ours, showed us many houses, and never complained/seemed worried we might buy through another realtor. Alex grew up here, knows his way around, and has 30+ years of positive relationships/connections to others. Alex had all the resources he needed through the Clerkin Agency, making the whole experience positive, easy, and pleasant.
