Description of Work: The service was initially quoted as fixed price for 1BR and 2BR rental apartments. After the first apartment, we were told that the charge will be on an hourly basis. The crew consists of 3 people, who chatted and take breaks during the 3 hours of cleaning time. We view this as an unfair way of charging by the hour. The change in pricing from the quoted price is also mis-representation which we don't appreciate.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough about them. They are consistent, they are on time, they give free estimates and they have lots of references. I absolutely will be using them in the future.
Description of Work: I use ATD Professional Cleaning Service for my house cleaning. They actually were here yesterday, to do a cleaning. They usually do complete floor cleaning in my bathroom and kitchen, they do the baseboards, the walls and the windows, and they do the dusting. Basically they do whatever needs to be done. I use them every other week.
