Two men arrived with a cherry picker, grinder, and truck. As each branch was cut by the man in the cherry picker, he dropped it. The second man picked it up and put it in the shredder, which ground it up and blew it into the truck. After they finished, they sweep the driveway, packed up and left. Total time, about three hours.

We've turned to Bartlett Tree many times in the past and enjoy a great relationship with them. They are professional and courteous. Owen and his crew arrived early and got right to work. They work as a team and are very efficient. Before getting started on our sugar maple, they documented its current condition. This tree is the focal point of our yard and had been in declining health but it's been bouncing back thanks to Bartlett Tree. Josh has taken a particular interest in that tree and has had some great insight into what can be done to help it along. After completing their work in our yard, they moved their equipment to our lake house and took out several trees located in difficult locations. One tree they were able to drop right into the lake. Another tree, a huge basswood, they managed to safely take down even though it was located right next to a garage and propane tank. So much care was taken in all they did. Can't recommend them highly enough!

They were professional. We would use them again for the work of this nature. Their crew worked really well together. They knew exactly that it was a fairly dangerous or risky job that they were doing. They handled the equipment right and worked very professionally. They cleaned it up. They were good communicators. They worked as per geography weather. All in all, they really knew their skills and did how we needed them to do. They were really good. They did exactly as we had a couple of special request that they performed very well. They were very competitive.

The trees look great and the crew did a meticulous cleanup. I couldn't have asked for a better job! I have also had Bartletts treat an ailing boxwood hedge and rhododendrens as well as do a preventative spray on all our trees. The technicians that have been here are amicable, observant and exceedingly knowledgeable. They are pricey but then, you get what you pay for.

They responded in 1 day and removed the tree. All brush was removed and the tree was left - per out instruction to be cut for firewood. They sectioned the tree for us to make this task easier. They were in and out within a matter of hours with a team of workers.

We requested an estimate which was promptly done. However the actual figures arrived in contract form only after we asked for them directly, and then the quote was $1700 higher than the closest competitor's. The estimate included numerous follow-ups for tree maintenance which were not required by any other company that provided an estimate. The estimate seemed excessive so we chose a company with whom we were very pleased.

Good. I contracted them to remove the trees and they did.

It went fine. We were very satisfied. They were here most of the day. My trees are showing great improvement. I had an appointment thirty days ahead of time. They missed my appointment because we had a storm in the area. There were a lot of trees down and they had to take care of those first.
