Tom went above and beyond to complete this job. The septic was grossly overdue and near failing. The process was slow, but Tom kept at it, trying to pump out 1200 gallons of unwilling sludge. Including hand digging a hole and leaving once to empty the truck, it took nearly six hours of his time to complete the job. This was not an easy task. I did have to pay for a few extra hours labor, but it was money well spent considering some options presented, which would have included more robust equipment and an extra person. Tom filled in the hole and left the site as close to original as possible. Tom was willing to give it a try, even though odds were against success with what he had to work with. I definitely recommend A-1 Sewer.

Called A-1 at about 3:00 pm to have my septic tank pumped out. The Woman I talked to was very polite and concerned about my problem and arranged to have my septic tank pumped out that the day as soon as the driver had the truck pumped out. The drive showed up about 4:30 pm and was polite and courteous. He asked permission to park the truck in the driveway and made short work of pumping out the tank. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The company did not charge my any extra for fitting me in at the last moment.
