part fell out, wired incorrectly. used $100.00 extra in electricity. they have not furnished me with a bill, they want estimated price.( all rooms with heat vents 12 total.) they Installed 5 heat vents for 7 rooms. they told BBB. all rooms fixed with heat vents. and the estimated price was agreed.

The appointment was scheduled. Brandon showed up well within the estimated time given. He was competent, professional, and personable as he dealt with the current issues. He also pointed out areas that will need attention in the near future without being pushy. A pleasure dealing with this company - kudos to both the owners and to Brandon. I will sing their praises to friend and foe alike. I can't comment about the cost of this service and I have not gotten an itemized bill.
Description of Work: Have baseboard hot water system fueled by natural gas. Pipes needed to be bled as they were banging violently to the point of shaking the house.

It was pretty bad, they didn't ask the right part and they kept charging us. They seemed knowledgeable with their work, but they just installed the wrong part.

I believe this is the first unsatisfactory issue we have come across. You have NOT been billed for the repair on this call yet. You have only been billed for the diagnosis and attempted repair. We never billed you for the issue with the wrong parts being ordered.
