Fantastic. They came out to my house, took samples and tested on the spot. Showed me the results, had a sample filter in the vehicle and ran some water through to show me the difference. They showed up on time discovered that my well-saver was ware logged, and that would need to be replaced, and they were able to add that to the job without any problem.

I have an older type softener that apparently is no longer made, and with parts unavailable or in scarce supply. My unit was not operating, but Miles gave me some pointers to see if I could get it working, even if only minimally and manually. It seems to be hanging on by a thread!He also tested the water and we reviewed results and options for both softening and purifying the water. WHEN my system soon fails, I will give them a serious look into replacing the unit based on my initial experience with Miles and the company.

The experience with Clear Water Filtration overall was very good. We hired them to install a system to mitigate radon in the well water which supplies our house. We spoke with several other companies before hiring Clear Water Filtration. Several of the other companies we spoke to didn't realize that you can research things on the Internet nowadays, and they seemed to be trying to push much more costly systems from the "get-go." This was not the case with Clear Water Filtration. The sales person we dealt with was very helpful and accurate. The installer who came to install the system was also very helpful and pleasant. The job was done on time, on budget, and they left our basement as clean as it was when they showed up. Our only complaint was that we specifically asked them not to show up until 9 A.M. and the installer showed up 40 minutes early. Other than getting off to a bad start the day of the install, everything went well with Clear Water Filtration. At this point, we have not had the system long enough to speak of their upkeep service though (if you were wondering about that).
