+ -1 moreInitial quality was good. It appears Kerry works without a written schedule. He tends to just wing it. We agreed that a portion of the topsoil and sand subsoil would be set aside for us to use at a later date. This was not done and he acceptapted the blame for not informing his crew. After completion and final payment, he promised to correct this oversight. We have left messages several times with whoever answers his phone and mailed him a request. Since last June, the lawn died and we reseeded with great success. We are still waiting for the soil and sand he promised to deliver. 16 months ago.
Description of Work: Strip and save topsoil,dig cellar, backfill upon completion, prep cellar concrete floor area, install septic system, build driveway, trench for water and power, spread back topsoil, finish grading and seed for lawn
