Great job organizing the subs. Plumber, electrician, insulators, demolition. Price came in several thousand dollars under estimate. Michael is a great communicator, and an upbeat guy. Completely trustworthy. He built my 5 star energy efficiency house in 2003, so I am surprised that he is not listed as one of the green contractors.
Description of Work: Planning, GC, and lead carpenter in energy efficient renovation of $1800 sq. ft. Garage.

It all happened while we were away. House is complicated as it is a log house. Job looked great when we returned. Cleaned up well. I have used Michael for many jobs before including a full addition to this house ($40K) and a renovation of an historical building with 5 apartments ($85K). I have hired him to do a major kitchen expansion and renovation this summer for my home.
