Jill Vespa

Jill did a superb job, and we give her a A+ rating. When we first met her we were impressed because she took 2 hours (2 hours!) to talk to us. At this point we were only interviewing potential agents, and we made it clear that we were not going to necessarily hire her. Even so, she was fully prepared and talked to us for 2 hours. She was not trying to do a ?hard sell? and convince us to hire her, she was telling us about the process. Once we hired Jill, she was always on time, always prepared, and always friendly and helpful. She will respond to e-mails late at night and on weekends. She seems to work 7 days a week. Her suggestions as to what houses to look at were excellent, and she is a good listener. In other words, as we looked at properties and began to get clearer in our heads about what we wanted, she was excellent at understanding our evolving priorities, and adjusting what we saw, without being too restrictive. Another thing that we noticed is that she will make helpful comments about the strengths and weaknesses of a property, and about related issues such as how much it might cost to make improvements. She also is honest. For example, after viewing one home she broke down for us why the pricing was too high. None of this was said in a negative or pushy way, she never tried to push us to make an offer or to like (or dislike) a property. Instead, she gave us good information, additional thoughts that might be relevant, and then let us make up our minds. To sum it all up, Jill Vespa does an excellent job, will represent you very, very well as a buyer, and we would recommend you also consider hiring her.
