+ -1 moreHe never finished the house. He was supposed to build a deck and a porch, which he did not. He did not even finish the inside of the house. It was supposed to be turnkey ready and he took off with the money that was supposed to be paid to the plumber and chimney guy. It was a very bad experience all the way around.
