 + 1 moreAs a general contractor for my 203k renovation loan, Marvin did an amazing job keeping the timeline of the project, in fact it was finished on an early timeline. Marvin and Marie were stellar with their communication through the process and kept all other contractors doing additional plumbing, concrete and excavating on task and punctual. I would highly recommend Marvin Chamberlain. Honest and reliable to the core!
Description of Work: Flat Shingle Roof removed & Rubber Roof installed, removal of shower stall and flooring...new shower stall replacement and linoleum flooring, removal of block chimney, removal of 8' x 11' block foundation including structural support of existing room to lay ground work for new poured insulated concrete forms.
