I am satisfied with the service.

The project was planned and completed on schedule after a couple of adjustments to accommodate supplier and Mother Nature! These guys worked outside in the freezing cold and never missed a beat. Elie has an incredible eye for detail and ability to recreate New England charm on a 180 year old farmhouse, the new roof looks amazing, which unfortunately makes the rest of the roof look worse, but we will be working on that next, stay tuned.

Perry Phoenix rescued my roof AND my sanity!! I was recently the victim of home improvement fraud. After a long stressful battle with the previous "contractor", I was able to hire Perry to fix the extensive installation errors. Perry went above and beyond to help me, even when other companies turned their back!! Not only does Perry and his crew have the knowledge and skill required, they possess a strong moral compass so lacking in the world today. They treated me with respect and integrity. They were all polite, organized, hardworking and honest. I so wish that I had hired Perry in the very beginning. He is truly an awesome person in addition to being a very skilled roofer. My advice: HIRE THIS MAN. You will be glad that you did.

The owner gave me an honest estimate, answered all of my questions and explained in detail. The crew was punctual, courteous, competent and efficient. They did extra work that did not require the contract.

I was given an estimate after the owner of the company came to my house and looked over the situation. I was told I would have to wait a month or so because of their work schedule. After a month went by with no word, I contacted them and they apologized for not getting back to me sooner and set up a date for the work to be done. It was in the winter so the weather was unpredictable. I was contacted the day before they were coming and the project was done in two days. I was very happy with the work and amazed by the service. One of the guys working on the roof even stack wood on my porch for me at the end of his work day!!

We had to wait longer than they had said before they were able to begin, but good workmen with friendly personalities and very good attention to detail. Professional result. Not perfect cleanup.

The job went very well from the first discussion with Eli about what we were thinking for replacing our old roof to the final clean up. He got back to us in a very reasonable time with a quote and worked with our time frame well to get the job done. We also made a few changes along the way which were no problem. The total time was a little longer only due to the weather. The project required new water proof underlayment / ice and water shield, installing two new sky lights, metal work for approximately 14 different roof planes and 5 valleys. It also required flat work for area prone to snow build up. Eli was able to have the cedar trim boards delivered early so that they could all be pre finished before installation. The crew was very professional and always easy to talk to. They also picked up their work area and around the house every day before leaving. It was great having them around.

It went well- I chose Phoenix because he did some work for church I go to. There was a problem which he came to repair- promptly and at no additional cost.

Phoenix Roofing was one of three companies we asked for estimates on a roof repair over our kitchen and roof replacement for half of the house roof. They showed up promptly and spent considerable time examining the situation, asking relevent questions, and providing us with good information. Within a couple days we received a detailed written estimate, including samples of roofing materials discussed and quotes for all aspects of the work, with the options we had discussed clearly laid out. We have now scheduled for the work to be done, and will provide more details about that once it is performed.

They carefully removed slate and gave us credit for it. They clearly took pride in their work even in areas one wouldn't see - our corpora roof for example. They finished work on time and stayed withing their estimate.

Workers were on time each day. If weekend came up they covered the roof and put wood and tack down for rain. He does not guarantee if ice dams develop. I will better evaluate the job after water.

I am very pleased - the work team was totally professional and well coordinated. They kept their word and even fixed some things over because the owner felt they could be done better! They cleaned up the property and removed all waste - all was done in a timely manner.

We own a general store. We have used Phoenix Roofing for a number of our roofing repair jobs over the years. All jobs have involved removing old, improperly installed roofing and replacement with standing seam roofing. This latest roofing replacement was over a second floor with part of the roof over the customer entrance. Before Phoenix Roofing worked on the roof, they set up a covered scaffolding archway to protect our customers from any possible materials which might have fallen from the roof (which non did). This job took approximately 5 day. Most of the days the temperature was in the 90's. The roof work was on the south side of the building with no shade. Some days there was less work done than others only due to the temperature. We felt the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. It was done very professionally. The new roof looks great.

The work crew was very pleasant and courteous. Each person was very busy at all times except for the lunch breaks.
