They were horrible.  I asked them specifically to do the inspection on my furnace for the city of Burlington code enforcement for rental properties.  The guy told me straight out that he did that specifically.  After the tag, he did not have the correct tag that the city needed and I had to go through hoops to get him to do what he said he would.  Then he charged me additional $100 to do what he said, originally he was going to do.  It was very frustrating.  He was supposed to give me a tag that the furnace is in an acceptable condition for the rental property in the city of Burlington.  What he gave me was the same tag, but the city of Burlington requires a different tag and it typically asks them about the city of Burlington.  Twice he told me that he would do tags that were specific to the city of Burlington and then they weren't.  I had to go back and get on the phone for multiple times to get him to get proper tags.  Then he charged me for it, so it was awful.

On the first visit the owner looked things over, opened and closed a valve which caused so much noise we couldn't sleep. Second visit he sent his zombie who cleaned the furnace and replaced a part that didn't fix the problem. On the third visit the zombie came back to put in a new pump which didn't fix the problem. On the fourth visit the boss, the zombie, and another guy came and finally changed out a small valve which fixed part of the problem! Now we have to call someone else, and pay them, to fix the rest of the problem.
