Very happy with process. Chandler was quick to respond to my web inquiry via email and a site visit to my house a couple days later. Walked through the project with me, listened to my ideas on the addition of the laundy sink (I had a friend old Kitchen Cabinets I snagged when the Kitchen was remodeled, I repurposed them into a Laundry area and Laundry Sink). The quote was competitive. During the actual install he and assistant arrived on time at 8am and immediately went to work. They were carefull to remove the old water heater in such a way that it could be easily resold. They worked 8 hours straight with a minor (maybe 15 minutes) lunch break. During the install they worked with me as a couple of last minute ideas came up. At the end they demo'd the new hot water heater for me to make sure I was comfortable with its use, and left the basement/laundry area cleaner then it was when they got there. During the whole process they treated my house like it was theirs, making sure the project was done quickly, but more importantly, correctly. Despite needing a couple additional parts the job once they took things apart, the final price was the agreed amount. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
