After my original landscaper stopped showing up, I reached out to Lathrop Property Management. They said they would be happy to take over the care of the lawn at my rental property. But after coming only once or twice, they stopped showing up. I reached out, and they said they would be there the next week. They did not show up again. I reached out again, and they said there was no parking, and that is why they had not taken care of my property. There was no communication from them that this was a problem, and when I expressed being upset about the lack of communication, they said that is probably why the other company stopped coming and that we should just part ways. Now it is November, and I am stuck, needing to find someone to do a fall cleanup and a final cut of the grass that has not been cut in two months. Extremely unprofessional and extremely poor communication I do not recommend anyone use Lathrop Property Management.
