+ -1 moreWhile I can't comment on workmanship as he never returned my call, the lack of return phone call was disappointing.
Description of Work: Was having an issue with my attic and was referred to Jeff Belrose by another contractor. I called and spoke to someone about setting up a time for Jeff to come. The person (not Jeff) took my number and name. Never heard back from him.

+ -1 moreMr. Belrose inspected our house prior to purchase. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and personable. His report was concise but contained all pertinent details and suggestions as found in his inspection. About a year later a pipe burst in our home and Mr. Belrose returned to help us diagnose the issue without hesitation. He considered said service to be a part of the inspection and was again extremely helpful and invaluable. I would hire him again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Provided a home inspection prior to purchase. Came back a year later to aid in diagnosing an issue.
