Description of Work: We had several long standing issues in this property with the water quality that required constant costly maintenance. We asked Will to look into the issues and propose a solution. After nearly 3 years of issues, Will was the only person that was able to put together a plan that actually resolved the problems. For a rental owner, maintenance fees can be substantial with water problems, Will was the only one that was able to correct the issue. We now use Will exclusively to service all our properties and recommend him to anyone in the area that needs plumbing/heating service. We have never waiting more than 24 hours for service of any kind and any emergency calls have been handled same day. From a landlords point of view, Wills service is crucial and well performed. Also as a landlord, sometimes I can not have someone meet Will at a property to escort him through. Will has established a very high level of trust and we have no occupants that have any issue with Will entering the property if no one there. This is extremely valuable since it allows Will more flexibility to fit in getting our work done with his busy schedule. In my opinion, if you are looking for any plumbing/heating service you should not hesitate to use Will.
