Description of Work: Inspection Technologies performed a warranty inspection on my new condominium. Their agent inspected all aspects of my home including plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating, etc. He also inspected outside. He explained his findings thoroughly and professionally in terms that I could easily understand. Shortly after the site visit, I was able to view the entire report of his findings. There was photographic documentation as well. I recommend Inspection Technologies highly - I'm very glad I found them.

Description of Work: Inspection Technologies provided me with a comprehensive home inspection on my condo prior to purchase. In the event, saving me 100's if not 1,000's of dollars. It helped me negotiate the buying price and my home was in move in condition. I also had the peace of mind knowing that his assessment was thorough. I also appreciated the 40+ documentation inclusive of many photographs.

+ -1 moreMike was good about taking his time through the property, explaining potential issues and costs with the house. He was punctual, and provides a detailed list/explanatory pdf post-inspection. My major qualm with the inspection was that he and our realitor were and quot;buddiesand quot; and it seemed that our realtor might have been influencing the amount of detail Mike divulged and was underplaying the problems with the house. Our realtor really wanted the sale, and it seemed that he would have a comment for anything Mike brought up, and this changed the dynamic of what should have been a more fair and rational inspection.
Description of Work: This was a typical home inspection.

+ -1 moreMichael was able to schedule me an appointment within a very reasonable time frame. He showed up promptly as scheduled. He was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable. His experience in this field is incredible. Throughout the whole inspection he was so helpful with his explanations of his discoveries. Within 24 hours of the inspection I received a wonderful 40 page report with every detail listed and explained, it even included photographs. Michael is very current with building codes, recalls, and all aspects of construction. What he saved me in negotiations with the sellers covered more than the cost of the inspection. Best of all.... I now feel peace of mind that there will be no surprises with my new home purchase. I highly recommend Inspection Technologies services.

+ -1 moreThe inspector, Mike, showed up promptly and took his time to do a thorough inspection of a condo we were interested in purchasing. He found some issues which could become problematic in the near future. His report was professional, thorough and detailed. That resulted in us negotiating for a better price on the condo. The money we saved, much more than paid for the inspection fee. The report also included useful information for future maintenance. What impressed me most was that when questions arose after the purchase, Mike promptly and willingly offered additional advice at no charge. He was a pleasure to work with, and very knowledgeable.
