+ -1 moreI had purchased Apple Care and that ran out. I was unable to renew it. So I was having a software issue they fixed. Within five minutes, they were able to help me over the phone. They have technicians who know their services extremely well. They don't charge you, typically, for very minimal issues. They've got a good product and good location. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I was having problems with my computer from working problem.

+ -1 moreProvider eventually did the warranty work, but tried to look for ways that it didn't have to. Work was fine when it actually got done, but not worth the hassle to go back.
