 + -1 moreEstimate was for a 3 day repair. Provider was recommended by my insurance. First, the provider initially didn't check with my insurance and tried to bill for a deductible that didn't exist. (Repairs were paid in full by insurance as I hadn't been at fault in the collision.) The repairs wound up taking 4 days but Runway didn't let me know this until I checked to see if vehicle was ready to be picked up. This resulted in an extra weekend of vehicle rental charges. The work was okay.
Description of Work: Work on rear end of vehicle after vehicle was rear ended.
