1-800-GOT-JUNK?

Do NOT use this company! They are nothing more than a bait & switch scam! We called for junk removal and were told a 3 bedroom house plus garage would fit in one truck. Awesome! They show up, filled a truck in about an hour and said we would need 2-3 more trucks. Um…. They also don’t tell you they only stay for 2 hours or there is an upcharge. The good news there is the trucks are so small, there isn’t a chance of it taking more than 2 hours to fill. Okay, we have no choice so they come back a second time. This time we are told 4+ trucks. We call to complain, we are told a manager would call after day 3 / truck 3 to reevaluate. The third truck comes and goes, we still have half a house full of furniture and the garage isn’t emptied and we get no call from a manager and no new trucks scheduled. At over $1000 a truck, this is a complete bait and switch. What was originally quoted as ~$1100 is now $3000+ and we have to hire someone new to take the rest away because we are being ghosted. Not only that, but the talk of them actually recycling furniture and donating it is a complete farce. Their trucks are dump trucks, some have a tarp over but others do not so everything is damaged in the rain. Couches, hardwood desk, china cabinet and dressers were piled over with trash on top. They never had any intention of donating items. This company is a joke. Please save yourself the time, money and stress and look elsewhere. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hopefully you can learn from my mistakes.

Very poorly. They hid end price, no estimate as promised. When moving furniture, dropped cushions in public hallway. When asked to pick them up, they just left. They did not move all I asked for, as they loaded their trunk in the most unorganized way possible, to fit the least amount of stuff. Price was way over what they stated on phone. When I called to complain, they said they would discount and send coupons. Two months later nothing. Would never hire or recommend

the young men were efficient and polite. they deserve a better employer..

They were absolutely wonderful. They sent out two young men to take care of my needs. I called and they had the two young men out in 90 minutes. They were very professional and considerate. I called them on a whim and it was a wonderful experience.
