dryer vent cleaning

Description of Work: I made an appointment, but they wouldnt give me a time, "any time on tuesday" but "you have to be there" so I asked for a time, they wouldnt give me one.I said I would wait at home all day, except when I have to pick up the kids at school, when id be gone for all of 15 minutes. the receptionist said "no problem we call ahead of time so you will have warning ahead of time to get home" so i gave the home number and my cell just in case. so what did they do, not call until they were right outside...and of course it was while i was gone picking up the kids. I reminded them they were supposed to call ahead of time and they said Id just have to wait. and left. They were rude, unprofessional, unreliable, insulting and incompetant. I called another company right away, E and M mechanical and they were there the next day, helpful and professional. Just go somewhere else...

+ -1 moreEverything went well. He even saw that my dryer door opened in a way that was cumbersome for me, so he adjusted it free of charge.
Description of Work: He cleaned the dryer vent.
