Seth was very personable and great to speak with, but he didn't do any of the actual work in our case. His crew botched the s.h.i.t. out of our kitchen remodel and caused major headaches for our family. They also hung a cabinet upside down and left me without a downstairs bathroom, unannounced, for 6 weeks. I'll also say that his average response time to an email was about 3 weeks, or whenever an invoice needed to be sent. To this day my roof leaks from a hood vent install that he oversaw and Gifford has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls about it. They don't care about me it seems, or the longevity of their work. Hire a more experienced contractor!

Seth and his crew did a wonderful job with all the projects we had. Everything was top notch from start to finish. Seth provided us with a very competitive estimate, which he provided us within just a few days after he stopped by to look at the scope of our projects. The estimations were detailed and easy to understand, and he was available to answer all the questions we had right away. The building of the deck and porch took over a month, but the crew was very tidy and cleaned up the construction site every evening before they left, so their tools and the building materials were not in our way at all. Just like with any construction or renovation project, unexpected things came up and when they did Seth and Lu listened carefully to us and came up with cost efficient solutions that we were very happy with. Overall, everything was done within our budget and our timeline, we would absolutely recommend them and use them again next time.
