David is legit the best home inspector ever! And this is my second time working with David. As a first time home buyer I really didnâ t know how inspections work but David walks you through the entire home sharing helpful tips on parts of the home ans how to improve it. He then provides such a detailed report (with the fastest turn-around ever!). His reports are so thorough and filled with key resources that I expect to keep my report and use it as a my manual for the home and general maintenance. If I could give David more than 5 stars I would - his professionalism and knowledge is unmatched and I highly recommend everyone book David.

David did a thorough and professional job. He was prompt and courteous. My only disappointment was my pdf document handler couldn't open some of his illustrations of his text. Also his extensive discussion didn't directly answer the question driving my request. But I'm happy to have his report.

Dave went above and beyond at each step in the property inspection process. Before the inspection, he responded quickly to schedule requests and was flexible when days had to be changed. We also had a question about something we noticed in our house, and he immediately contacted us by phone and email with a thoughtful and informative response that assuaged our worries. On the day of the inspection, he arrived early to inspect the outside of the house, and he provided information on the current status of the systems and house elements, while also giving us tips on how to maintain and care for certain features to increase their efficiency and longevity. Finally, the inspection and water reports were very comprehensive and included the recommendations we had discussed on the day of the inspection. Dave followed up with us after the inspection to review the findings of the water test and how any irregularities should be addressed. He also repeatedly told us that we could contact him at any point down the line with questions, which I’m sure we will take him up on! Overall, Dave exceeded our expectations as a home inspector, and we would highly recommend his services and expertise to others during the home buying process.
