Little movers moved me 35 miles to St. J . I had a 2 BR appt and was moving to a similar size. I called about 2 weeks prior to move for a quote. Keith Phelps the owner came promptly ( within a day) to walk thu my place and size upi the load. He quoted me an hourly rate and and estimate of the time and a total amount. I had several quotes and gave him the job based on price, availability, and his knbowldege. we agreed on a date with a contingency for bad weather, and he told me he wouyld be there at 8AM and job would be done in 4 hours( competitor estimated 6-7 hrs) He showed up on the move date at 8:05AM ( was wintery weather) with two helpers. They promptly got to work and had everything packed in under 2 hours.. They were careful with moving all items, worked safely and worked well together, working fast. We arrived at apt in 45 mins, and they had me unpacked in just over an hour... He presented me with a bill/receipt for exactlty the anount he quoted and was out before noon..under his time estimate by 20 minutes. Really nice people to work with!!
