 + -1 moreThe job went very well, and the price was just. Sometimes we had trouble communicating with him when his telephone answering system was full. We found out later that we were not the only job that he had going, and he sometimes gets overwhelemed by so many telephone calls that he cannot get back to everyone as quickly as he would like to. Also, some expectations of completion dates got pushed back due to unforseen circumstances. However, all in all, his crew does great work at a just price, and that is good enough for me to say "WELL DONE".
Description of Work: Eric Belknap and crew completely rebuilt our west and north exterior walls, and rebuilt three interior walls and the ceiling of our bathroom because of dry rot on the outside walls and black mold that was discovered on the bathroom walls and ceiling.
