I found the 360 Painting crew very easy to work with. Several times during our Project, surprises resulted in having to reschedule the painting portion of the the renovation. 360 Painting was very accommodating to our needs, including the execution of some spackling compound to repair sheetrock alterations. I would certainly recommend 360 Painting to anyone planning a home renovation project.

From the start, Jody was professional in every way. He returned our call promptly and assigned a skilled crew for our exterior paint project. His team treated us and our home with respect and cleaned up at the end of each day. They assisted with our color choices and made suggestions that we were very pleased with. They brought life back to our home. When the job was completed, Jody did a very thorough walk around with us and found little things that we would never have noticed ourselves. He is very committed to a finished project that not only meets the customer expectations but exceeds it! The painters were great

Prompt response, excellent service, exceptional quality! My only caveat: 360 Painting failed to provide a can of touch-up paint, as was promised. That aside, I will hire them again when we require exterior painting.

John, the painter, was fantastic. If you can get him, you will be extremely impressed. Jody, the owner, was also great. They didn't leave until everything was done to our complete satisfaction. A class act all the way.

We hired Jody Hancock to restain the cedar shakes on our house and also to repair some drywall and paint our main living area. From the onset of both projects we received outstanding service from Jody and Team. He assisted in color choices and prep. The final outcomes both inside and out were outstanding, far exceeding our expectations. His Team were courteous and respected our property and completely cleaned up when work was completed. We highly recommend Jody for all painting needs.

Communication in the beginning could have been better. Seems like I had to email several times to get a answer to some questions. This was in the winter, however. Once the weather warmed up, Jody was great. I rated the customer service a 4, still waiting on some finish up work to be done.

We had wanted to paint our kitchen for quite awhile. They did a great job of preparing these original cabinets prior to painting, inside and out. A Beautiful job and we now have a whole new kitchen to enjoy. All of the team were friendly and easy to work with.
