Roofing replacement also included extensive repair of rotted plywood, water damaged trim boards and metal drip edge improperly installed on old roof. Always on time, fast and efficient crew, NO mess left behind. Highly Recommended!

Fred Watkins gave me his estimate immediately after measuring my roof, thanks to his Smart phone. Since this job was on my vacation home in another State, he and I kept in touch via email. He found a spot where the siding needed to be repaired so he replaced a section of the Cider siding while he was up there. He took care of everything! He was easy to work with, Thanks Fred.

Sean is hard working and did an excellent job. However, It seemed unreasonable to me that a roofer can't tell how many layers are on a roof when estimating the job, and I was surprised when handed an additional bill for $1400 more than the contracted price. We both compromised and I split the difference with him. Also, cleanup was an issue. I personally like Fred but would probably not use them again.

I am very pleased with the work the team from Watkins performed. They put a new roof on my house in only two days. It was so HOT outside and it must have been worse on the roof, yet they remained cheerfully productive the entire time. And they cleaned up before they left. Very nice job.

Job was completed as scheduled and on time

A quality job , and a great crew .The site was cleaned up each day . It did end up costing me 2X more than the initial quote , but as work progressed , hidden old house issues became visible , and I followed their recommendations .To be fair I could have stuck with the original quote , but you don't put good on top of bad .

The ladies that came to my house were professional but put me at ease socially. They were extremely interested in what I wanted done in my house and how I wanted it done. I'm very peticular about cleaning and up till these ladies, not many services have achieved the "perfection" that I strive for like they did. I would highly reccomend this service to you. They cleaned my house like it was there own and took great pride in making sure I was pleased with the results. I have finally found a cleaning service I feel confident will help me keep my house as beautiful and clean as it looked when it was first built. You should give them a whirl!

The roofing work and repairs were done for a fair price. Work started promptly and was finished in a reasonable time. Fred's impressive crew did a careful job. Quality materials were used throughout. The overall experience was surprisingly easy to get through, and in the process I met some fine people.
