 + -1 moreIME a branch of HOME SERVICE STORE INC sent a contactor who did not have a truck??? I had flooring delivered, drive help put it in garage etc. installation went ok until the molding. Instead of measuring molding to the rooms, installer decided to order all 10' pieces so to fit in his car (because he forgot to include molding size&type on orig. delivered order).... Lots of seams

 + 0 moreThey do not have a representative in my area to see what is wrong with my hardwood floors and laminate to get this issue resolved. Because they're not in my area, it is very hard to do business with them.
