Description of Work: My garage door buckled at the top when I entered the garage. Although I heard nothing and found nothing in the way, the installer said that it was my fault and that it doesn't take much to cause that inward buckle. Although the door was only three years old, they couldn't give anything on the warranty. Also, it took a month and almost daily phone calls for them to replace the top panel. The installer wasn't sure what to collect because the office hadn't taken care of totaling the amount. Both men that came to the house were great but the office people work on commission and only one person can help you. This is the Burlington Vermont office.
