He did not perform his responsibilities as the dealer representing Excel/Kaiser Modular Homes of Maine, he overcharged us, did not fulfill the contract as agreed. He did not supply the complete siding on our home but charged us for it. Originally he said that if we were to change anything verbally, it would have to be in writing....we'll he did not deliver on the complete siding, then told us we told him to delete the siding....nothing was in writing but he would take care of the problem. We had to pay a outside contractor for completing the home siding. He did not deliver the toilets as specified (agreed to pay us $400 to purchase the toilets on our own, but he never sent us the check). We asked for Brown roofing, he sent us Green We asked for off white tub with no whirlpool and he sent almond whirlpool tub We had all types of problems with the structure, the kitchen cabinets, doors I could write a book on the challenges we endured on this project. He said he was a registered dealer with the State of NH, yet he had no legal address for his business as required by the State His contract to us was not valid, and we had to hire an attorney to redo his contract, which we had to pay in full for the services of rewriting his contract.
