My computer was running slow, camera wasn't working and I wanted to download Windows 10. I called Ken and he came over the next morning. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly on my (older) computer until it was running as if it were brand new. He gave me some helpful hints, backed up the computer and downloaded thousands of pictures to an external hard drive.. .Ken was determined to get my computer "up and running!" (which he did) He will be my "COMPUTER GUY" from this point going forward. It's a nice feeling to be able to TRUST someone and not get "TAKEN" advantage of with all this new technology. Thank you Ken for your dedication to your field.

I was having a terrible time with my old laptop and thought it was too far gone to repair. I called Ken and he came over right away and fixed it !! There were severe problems with messed-up files and he knew just what to do to fix them. He then deleted unused files and jazzed up the laptop so it runs great. Faster than it has in years, and no more error messages. Boots up quickly. Now, while I am happy with this 8 year old laptop now that it is running great, Ken said if I ever want to upgrade to something with more pizzazz, he'd meet me at the store, help me decide on a new laptop and then transfer my files. He could also give me an hour of instruction on any new stuff the computer has ! Tempting ! If you need a computer guy, do give Ken a call. Friendly and knowledgeable !!

As always, it went great! Ken is my "go to IT guy. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and is always growing and adding to his already large knowledge base. Ken has a degree in Computer Information Systems. He is timely, very reasonable, and is very trustworthy with any customer's computer needs. Ken comes with gets my highest recommendation on all counts! I am sure I'll use Ken far into the future!

Good -- took a while to back up computer and reset, but we will know better in a couple of days of use.

Work was complicated and took a professional technician to get it done properly and completely. Ken had the equipment and tools to get the job done. New computer arrived with a defect in it and Ken diagnosed the issue and fixed that as well.

Unbelievable!!!! What took me three days - several phone calls attempting to fix a failed internet connection, a wireless router reboot and an adding security password - Ken had it all up and working in about 34 minutes! Wow. I am totally impressed and will highly recommend him for anything related to IT and computer needs! I thought my old computer was doomed - Ken fixed it!
