 + -1 moreScheduling got mixed up between departments. It was a hassle. But this was the lowest price and the installation when according to plan. You should make replacing boilers that have failed an emergency.

 + -1 moreThey do a great job and we recommend them to others. They usually send the same person each time which is nice. Mary, the technician, has been very professional and accommodating. She was able to get us a simple, new thermostat that fit our needs. She also takes her shoes off at the door.

Description of Work: "I had a new furnace recommended by and installed by Irving Oil. The furnace failed in the first month resulting in $60,000 damages to my house. They came out and to look at it but left and they were not able to repair the furnace. It failed a second time shortly after being repaired. for three years i have tried to either get a replacement or refund. Irving Oil has totally ignored me and many letters from a lawyer. |"
