As of this writing, work has still not been done. Though the company responds to emails from my mother (but hasn't responded to mine), they continue to make excuses, delaying the project, while continuing to hold her money which could have been sitting in an account gaining interest. Unacceptable.
Description of Work: The company was hired over a year ago to put a new roof on my mother's house.

Description of Work: They replaced the roof on my house due to hail damage. The cost was covered by insurance and they agreed to do it for the insurance estimate. I am a single story, el-shaped ranch. They brought in a crew of 5 men and they had it done in 2 days. They were very good about covering my shrubbery and picked up every piece of trash from the old roof and from installing the new roof. Highly satisfied.

The crew arrived very early in the morning, and within two days the job was completed! They worked very hard and cleaned up after the job was done. I think I found only 2 roofing nails on the ground in the past year. The crew was respectful to me and their supervisor. I would recommend using Ideal Construction for roofing projects.
Description of Work: An Ideal Construction representative came over to my house and measured for an estimate. The rep has worked with insurance companies so he had a good understanding of how to put the estimate together for insurance purposes. My house and roof sustained hail damage in May and July of 2014. My insurance company approved the estimate, so all I had to do was select the color of the shingles and set up and appointment for the work. Ideal Construction removed all the roofing material, and replaced with new tar paper, shingles, and seam materials to prevent water from seeping under the shingles.
