+ -1 moreWe've reached out to this company on two separate occasions for emergency plumbing/heating services. While the call service person was friendly and responsive, that's where it stopped. Both times we were told we were not regular customers and that we wouldn't be getting service. We are new home owners to the area and do not have the connections that seem to be required to get work done on our home. Being this is a larger "professional" business we were hoping to get somewhere but we obviously did not. Will not call again.
