+ -1 moreBob showed when scheduled, tried a couple of options to narrow down the problem. In the end it was a stupid problem that I ended up fixing. Bob could have begun the "keep swapping out parts until it's fixed" system of bankrupting me, but he used a few spare parts and in the end all I owed him was for his time and expertise. Fair, Reliable and Honest; what more could you want.
Description of Work: We needed an knowledgeable person to diagnose an intermittent problem with our washing machine (Laundry) . I can usually handle these small issues and repairs myself but thus was so inconsistent it was maddening.

Description of Work: Bob replaced the main power grid on my Thermador warming drawer and he made an adjustment on the door of the Miele dishwasher. He found a workaround that was no charge other than labor and saved me $400. He also replaced the rollers on the Bosch dryer. He’s very creative and is conscientious of budgets. I would give him an A+!
