+ -1 moreThe hot tub heats now so he did fix the problem. The parts cost $19.20 but there was a flat charge of $575 (??!!) for just coming to check out the hot tub. I was not informed of this flat charge at the time of setting up the appt. This charge was not negotiable when I called to see if there was a mistake in the bill. This seems exorbitant and I will try to find another provider in the future with more reasonable rates.
Description of Work: He replaced broken heater and thermister of the hot tub, which took less than an hour.
