Felicia is great! She is always quick to respond to (often) urgent requests to clean my Airbnb home. She has navigated access codes not working, roads and driveways not being cleared of snow, and shortage of supplies with great problem solving skills. She is flexible and wonderful to work with. We have gotten numerous 5 star reviews and comments on the cleanliness of our home. Highly recommend!
