+ -1 moreIt was kind of fair. They weren't able to help as much as I thought they were going to but they did the best they could. They seemed competent and they responded promptly to my request for service but the particular thing I wanted them to help me with, they weren't able to really fix.
Description of Work: I used Rural Appliance and Refrigeration in December. They looked at a kitchen appliance to see whether it was broken or not.
