Description of Work: He built a pergola and porch roof on an existing slab. He also changed out my front door and rewired the outside light. We had a design and Seth improved the design markedly as well as providing fantastic wood details.

 + -1 moreMy husband designed a portico and pergola to sit on our existing cement front porch. Inland Building turned what could have been a so-so design into a stunning presentation. Seth Oatway made a template for the front of the portico so we could design just exactly what I wanted before he committed saw to wood. He sought out the best products and suggested a timer for the front light. He made suggestions to improve our design with the result that we now have a stunning front porch area. Neighbors and passers-by enjoyed the daily changes to the front of our home and exchanged pleasantries with Seth from the sidewalk. The quality of Seth's craftsmanship will ensure that I use his services again.
