Innerspace Cleaning Service

Description of Work: I used Inner Space sporadically for over a18 months before we moved back to Westchester, on the recommendation of a neighbor. They work as a team with each member assigned a specific task she carries out throughout the home. The cleaning is completed much more quickly and thoroughly this way. Ours was a whole house cleaning. They will remake beds and clean refrigerators, if requested.

Description of Work: The company was asked for an estimate the estimate was higher than we were willing to pay. Because of their distance from our home, there was a surcharge,as well. They did give us the name of another company, closer to our home. They were very professional.

Description of Work: I have had Innerspace Cleaning take care of my house-cleaning needs for over 20 years. It is an extraordinary service, and the employees are wonderful. If there is ever the slightest problem or misunderstanding it is taken care of with professional courtesy and dispatch. The company is insured and easy to deal with, and usually it is they who tell me if something has been broken or damaged. I'm amazed at how long I have worked with Diane Vittone and her company, but that's because it has been such a terrific experience. I would trust this company with impunity and without hesitation. Anyone would be lucky to work with them. My needs have changed over the years as my family has changed, and whatever needs to be done can almost always be arranged. For instance, we have a large library with thousands of books, and dusting and cleaning them is an enormous job which Diane suggested her company take on when we are out of town in order to avoid the inevitable dust. That's a yearly task. We have a screened porch that needs to be opened and cleaned at the beginning of each summer, and then closed aggain as winter comes on, and we have worked out all of these scenarios. As a rule, Innerspace comes for two hours every other week--generally with three crew members--and vacuums, dusts, mops and cleans our four bedroom, five bathroom house. If we need concentration on just one area the crew is extremely cooperative. My husband and I work at home, and Innerspace is very careful not to disturb us. Description of Work: After a series of housecleaners who worked alone, I hired a cleaning service that sends between three and five cleaners to my 4,000 square foot house for an hour and a half every week. I work at home, and this cleaning service is always staffed with truly wonderful people! I would trust them with my life! They do a fabulous job, and sometimes will do an "extra" bit of cleaning that I hadn't realized needed doing. The owner of the company is clearly fond or and protective of her staff, and that creates a comfortable atmosphere, which is very important to me for many reasons, but also because I work at home. They are insured and always alert us to any damage they have done (which has only happened twice in 15 years).
