"If you want to wait around all day, rescheduling plans and not getting the expected service, schedule with this company. BUT IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT DON?T BOTHER. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. 3 times in a week I was scheduled and then rescheduled for a chimney cleaning and inspection and 4 times they failed to show up!!!
